Larry Abrams comes to JDF Realty as Chairman, having completed over 1000 retail leases in New York City as a landlord, tenant and broker. He has managed, purchased and sold many mixed use building as well as retail condominiums. Larry has also acquired and sold countless restaurant companies such as Longchamps, Schraftts, Childs, Mayflower, Doughnuts and Houlihans. His negotiation of over a billion dollars in loans to build and buy the above spaces makes him a huge asset to the JDF family. Larry is not only a veteran in real estate he has been married to his wife Dorothy for 50 years. Together they share 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
