Ken Shanzer has recently joined JDF Realty, Inc., after five years in the South Florida market, with a concentration on residential sales, including short sales, and working with buyers’ groups interested in purchasing distressed residential and commercial property. His background also includes a long career in the court reporting industry as both an owner and staff reporter where he developed his knowledge in real estate, including cases involving construction, eminent domain, planning and zoning boards, and general real estate.
Ken also served nearly four years in the Air Force as a Legal Specialist, as well as completing courses at New York Institute of Photography working in Manhattan as a photographer’s assistant in a commercial firm.
His reputation of honesty and work ethics allowed him to maintain his clients in Florida for many years and he is looking forward to continuing those traits in New York.
