In his role as Vice Chairman at JDF Realty, Gregory Gang brings more than 25 years of real estate experience representing both property owners and tenants

Mr. Gang is widely regarded in commercial real estate circles as one of the industry’s most talented and accomplished professionals. He has successfully completed a wide range of real estate transactions valued in excess of $3 billion.

Prior to joining JDF Realty, Mr. Gang was principal and founder of Endurance Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a boutique real estate advisory firm.  His primary focus was helping owners maximize the value of their real estate holdings. Notably, he advised the Lightstone Group on their 1.1 million square-foot office building in New York City.

Prior to the formation of Endurance Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Gang co-directed the real estate activities for Sage Realty Corporation, a subsidiary of The William Kaufman Organization’s 2.5MM sf portfolio.  His long list of significant transactions include the  550,000 sf NNN lease to Goldman Sachs at 77 Water Street, Omnicom’s 350,000 sf renewal at 437 Madison Ave; the 100,000 sf expansion and extension of Nixon Peabody at 437 Madison Ave and Young Adult Institute’s renewal at 320 West 13^th Street.  Retail transactions on behalf of the property owners include HSBC Bank and Lens Crafters at 777 Third Ave; FedEx Office and Dress Barn at 747 Third Ave and Wachovia Bank a Wells Fargo Company at 437 Madison Ave.

His experience and expertise from a landlord’s perspective has provided tenants with unique advantages awarding them bottom line results. Clients who have benefited include Berdon LLP, Agency France Press, Granoff, Walker & Florenza and Promotion Marketing Association.

Mr. Gang is a widely quoted industry expert in numerous media outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Crain’s New York and Real Estate Weekly. He has been a guest panelist and speaker at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and has appeared on cable television as a real estate expert.
