Eugene was born and raised in Europe. Several of Eugene’s family members were in the design and construction business so early in his life he became acquainted with the building industry. Before he attended college Eugene worked in an architect’s design office and then worked as a purchaser for development companies. He also worked for a Wall Street mortgage company and closed on various mortgages before obtaining his real estate license.
Eugene later worked for several years with residential real estate companies, but his expertise with buildings and with owners pulled him towards commercial brokerage.
He has good personal connections and is very computer savvy, from pulling data off the internet to researching various databases or just hitting the street and collecting the necessary information.
Eugene is very resourceful, helpful and a team player. He is looking forward to working with the JDF staff to share advice and his listings.
